Order Processing Time:

We ship from our San Francisco location Monday through Friday, and we are closed on weekends and the following holidays. No shipping will occur on these days.

Tuesday, January 1, 2019 –  New Year’s Day

Monday, January 21, 2019 – Martin Luther King, Jr Day

Monday, February 18, 2019 –  Presidents Day

Monday, May 27, 2019 – Memorial Day

Thursday, July 4, 2019 – Independence Day

Monday, September 2, 2019 – Labor Day

Tuesday, November 5, 2019 – Election Day

Thursday, November 28, 2019 – Thanksgiving

Wednesday, December 25, 2019 – Christmas Day

Orders are processed within 2-3 days of order placement. This means that choosing an expedited shipping method (e.g. 2 Day Shipping)  on a weekend, may not get your order to you in an immediate 2 days and may take up to 3 additional business days. Please keep this in mind when choosing your delivery method.

If you have paid via Paypal E-Check, your order will ship once we receive notification that payment has been received.

Free Shipping:

Free shipping is activated when you spend $69 USD or more (not including taxes).

  • This promotion is for US customers within the Continental United States of America
  • Unfortunately, Hawaii, Alaska and all International customers are not offered this feature
  • Shipping via UPS

We  may occasionally use other shipping methods – based on weight and shipping destination.

 

Split Order Shipping:

Depending upon the products you order, it is possible that your order will be split and shipped from separate warehouses. If your order calls for items located at different warehouses, your order will arrive to you in more than one shipment. This means your entire order may not all arrive at the same time. If your order will be shipping from multiple locations you will be notified via email. Occasionally, these items may ship via a different carrier than UPS.

International Shipping:

We ship to most countries worldwide, but not all, due to obscenity laws of specific countries. Please check to ensure that your items are allowed in your country before ordering. We cannot be responsible for, nor issue refunds for, items seized or disallowed by customs inspectors.

You will be responsible for any additional customs fees on your end (please see “Why is someone contacting me for more money to deliver my order (international shipping)?” in our FAQ). Kink provides discreet product information on the customs forms that we provide during shipping. We cannot send blank customs declarations, or inaccurate customs descriptions.
