Item didn’t work out the way you fantasized? We’re all about happy endings at Kink Store, so you may be eligible for a full refund, a replacement or a store credit.
Returning an item from a Vendor?
Please visit our Vendors Return Page to return items that are not KINK branded. The Kink Store Customer Service team will help facilitate your return.

Returning a KINK branded item?
We have three ways to please you :
- 101 Day Pleasure Promise
- 60 Day Standard Return
- 1-Year Warranty
First, please make sure your product is a KINK-branded sex toy or bondage item. (Lubricants and gift cards are not eligible.) All KINK products have a red “Kink” label on the product image, and the product title always ends with "by KINK":

101 Day Pleasure Promise
KINK branded sex toy or bondage item not pleasing you? If it’s been 101 days or less, we’ll discipline it appropriately and give you a store credit in the amount of the purchase price.
For all 101 Day Pleasure Promise returns, you consent to:
- Return only KINK branded sex toys or bondage items, used or unused.
- Return only one (1) item per order. Multiple returns per order will not be accepted
- Accept a store credit for your returned item. Exchanges are not permitted.
- Not abuse this policy. All returns are subject to the discretion of Kink Store staff, and the number of returns per shipping address may be limited.*
60 Day Standard Returns
For unopened, unused KINK branded or unbranded products returned in 60 days or less from the day of receipt, you’re totally off the hook.
For all 60 day Standard Returns, you consent to:
- Return only unopened, unused KINK brand products with packaging and/or tags intact
- Accept a refund to the original method of payment or store credit. Exchanges are not permitted.
- Not abuse this policy. All returns are subject to the discretion of Kink Store staff, and the number of returns per shipping address may be limited.*
1-Year Product Warranty
If any KINK brand product is defective, arrives damaged or is not as described, and it has been one (1) year or less from the date of receipt, someone will be punished — but it won’t be you. Simply return the item for a replacement or store credit.
For all 1-Year Product Warranty claims, you consent to:
- Return only KINK brand products
- Truthfully state that the item has a manufacturer’s defect, arrived damaged or is not as described on the Kink Store website, and provide evidence as requested
- Accept a store credit or a replacement for the item. No additional monetary or other compensation will be provided.
- Not abuse this policy. All returns are subject to the discretion of Kink Store staff, and the number of returns per shipping address may be limited.*
Returns Beyond the Guarantee Period
At Kink Store, we believe in aftercare. So when the 60-day, 101-day or 1-year period as described above has ended, we’ll still take back any item back and dispose of it responsibly. You will not receive a refund, replacement, a gift voucher or shipping costs, but you’ll know that you did the right thing for the environment — and freed up space for new toys!
Lost & Stolen Packages
We know how frustrating lost packages can be. When you place an order with us we automatically include the option of Route Shipping Insurance to protect you from lost or stolen packages. To open a claim, please visit the Route Website. They will request the email address you placed your order with, as well as your Kink Store order number.
If you opt out of insurance for your shipment, Kink Store is not responsible for covering the cost of lost or stolen packages and we are unable to track further or recover your package. If you did not opt in to Route insurance and have a lost or stolen package we recommend filing a claim with the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.) using your tracking number.

*We reserve the right to decline any return or refund request that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, or an attempt to exploit our return policy. This includes, but is not limited to, repeated returns without valid reasons, returns of items in unsellable condition, or returns made outside the scope of our stated policy.
