How are packages boxed and addressed?

We pack your goods in plain brown cardboard boxes, manila envelopes, or courier branded boxes i.e. USPS, UPS, or FedEx. There is no Kink branding on the outside of the box or on the shipping label. We take your privacy seriously and make sure all shipments are discreet.

Shipping Insurance

We offer shipping insurance with our trusted partner, Route. Route offers licensed shipping protection, fast issue resolution and package tracking. If you decline insurance for your shipment, Kink Store is not responsible for covering the cost of lost or stolen packages and we are unable to track further or recover your package. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.) using your tracking number.

Route protection is selected by default in your cart. We recommend using Route protection for orders over $100 USD.  To opt out of Route coverage, just un-tick the Route checkbox in your cart. Please visit Route.com for more information.

What is the order and fulfillment process?

All orders must be placed online. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and will ship from one or more of our warehouses throughout the U.S. If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in different packages due to warehousing locations. Once your package is on the move with your courier, a tracking number is emailed to you. 

International Shipments

Please check to ensure that your items are allowed in your country before ordering. Kink Store is not responsible for, nor will we issue refunds for, items seized or disallowed by customs inspectors for any reason.

You, the customer, are solely responsible for communications and notifications between customs and you. Kink Store is not responsible for, nor will we issue refunds for, items not picked up from customs because of missed messages or miscommunications between customs and you, the customer.

Once the item is delivered to your country, you are solely responsible for retrieving it.

What is a customs declaration?

Customs declarations are obligatory paperwork that accompanies international shipments, furnishing comprehensive details about the contents, value, and origin of the transported goods.

It’s important for clients to note that these documents might contain detailed information about their order, as per the requirements of the destination country.

What are customs fees?

International customers should expect additional fees due when your package arrives in your country. Most countries will require duties and taxes to be paid for imported items.

You will be responsible for any additional customs fees. These charges are not included in the shipping prices paid when placing an order on Kink Store.

If additional duties or taxes are required by your country, you will be contacted by your selected courier when your package has arrived at your country’s border. These fees must be paid in order to release your package to your destination.

 Kink provides discreet product information on the customs forms that we provide during shipping. We cannot send blank customs declarations, or inaccurate customs descriptions.If you have questions about international shipping, please contact us.
