Can I get a refund?
You may be eligible for a full refund, a replacement or a gift voucher. Visit our Returns Center to learn more and start a return, or see our full Return Policy.
Can I really return a used sex toy?
For all KINK-branded products, yes! Our 101-Day Pleasure Promise guarantees your satisfaction with all products that have "by Kink" in the product name.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before it is processed for shipment.
Cancellation Fee: No fee is imposed if the order is canceled within 24 hours. After 24 hours, a restocking fee of 25% of the total order value is imposed.
Cancellation Process: Email help@kinkstore.com with your order details. Cancellations made through other channels may not be recognized.
Exceptions: Certain circumstances, such as documented emergencies or product unavailability, may warrant waiving the cancellation period or providing alternative solutions. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your situation
How are packages boxed and addressed?
We take your privacy seriously and make sure all shipments are discreet. We pack your goods in plain brown cardboard boxes, manila envelopes, or courier branded boxes (such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. There is no Kink Store branding on the outside of the box or on the shipping label.
How does the charge appear on my bank statement?
Kink Store charges appear on credit card statements as being from CE LLC.
Can I modify my order or the shipping address?
Address Corrections: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the correct address is provided. If our carrier is unable to deliver to a provided address and the customer requests another delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Order Modifications: Customers can add or remove items from an order and can update payment information within 24 hours of placing the order. Modifications are subject to approval and may not be approved.

How can I pay for my order?
All orders must be paid for online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay. Checks in the mail and C.O.D. are not available.
Can you find me that toy I saw in a Kink.com video?
We're happy to try! Please give us as much information as possible, such as the name of the channel and scene, a short description of the toy and/or a screenshot of the toy.
International Shipping
Can I get a refund if a customs agent takes my package?
Please check to ensure that your items are allowed in your country before ordering. Kink Store is not responsible for, nor will we issue refunds for, items seized or disallowed by customs inspectors for any reason.
Customers are solely responsible for communications and notifications with customs agencies. Kink Store is not responsible for, nor will we issue refunds for, items not picked up from customs because of missed messages or miscommunications with a customs agency.
Once the item is delivered to the customer's country, the customer is solely responsible for retrieving it.
What are customs declarations for international shipping?
A customs declaration is an obligatory document that accompanies international shipments. It provides comprehensive details about the contents, value and origin of the transported goods.
Kink Store provides discreet product information on all customs forms. However, we cannot send blank or inaccurate customs forms. If you have additional questions about international shipping, please email help@kinkstore.com.
What are customs fees?
International customers should expect that additional fees will be due when the package arrives in the country of delivery, and must be paid in order for the courier to release the package to the final destination. The customer is responsible for these fees; they are not included in the shipping price.
If additional duties or taxes are required, the courier will contact the customer when the package has arrived at the destination country’s border.
Discounts & Coupons
How do I use my coupon?
When you are checking out, you'll see a field labeled "Gift card or discount code" underneath the products list. Click that field and enter the code there. Then click “Apply.” The discount or coupon will be applied to all eligible items .
Why isn't my coupon working?
Reasons for an error message with coupon codes include:
- You are attempting to use more than one coupon at a time.
- Your item(s) are not eligible for discounts. Previously discounted items and certain other products are ineligible for discounts.
- Your coupon has expired.

Can I use more than one coupon in a single order?
No. While group activities can certainly be fun, consider coupons solo play. If you try to combine coupons, you will receive an error message.
I forgot to apply the code. Can I still get the discount?
Within 48 hours of placing the order, yes! Email help@kinkstore.com with your order number and the discount code. Upon receiving notification, our customer service team will verify the validity of the discount code.
Redemption Options: If a request is made within 48 hours and approved, the customer may choose to receive a refund equivalent to the discount amount or a store credit. The discount amount will be based on the order subtotal.
