Can I really return a used sex toy?

Is it possible for me to cancel my order?

Cancellation Period: Customers can cancel their orders within a reasonable timeframe after placing the order, such as within 24 hours or before the order is processed for shipment.

Cancellation Fee: No cancellation fee is imposed if the order is canceled within the specified cancellation period. However, if the cancellation request is made after the order has been processed or shipped, a restocking fee of 25% of the total order value is applied.

Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact us directly via email at help@kinkstore.com with your order details. Cancellations made through other channels may not be recognized.

Exceptions: Certain circumstances, such as documented emergencies or product unavailability, may warrant waiving the cancellation period or providing alternative solutions. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your situation.

How are packages boxed and addressed?

We pack your goods in plain brown cardboard boxes, manila envelopes, or courier branded boxes i.e. USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

There is no Kink branding on the outside of the box or on the shipping label. We take your privacy seriously and make sure all shipments are discreet.

How does the charge appear on my bank statement?

Charges to your credit card from Kink Store appears on your statement as “CE LLC”

Can I modify my order?

Modification Period: Customers can request modifications to their orders within a reasonable timeframe after placing the order, within 24 hours or before the order is processed for shipment.

Types of Modifications: Changing the shipping address, adding or removing items, or updating payment information.

Approval Process: Modifications may be subject to approval by the customer support team to verify feasibility and assess any additional costs or impacts on order fulfillment.

Communication: All cancellation or modification requests must be communicated directly to our customer service team via email at help@kinkstore.com

How can I pay for my order?

All our orders are paid for online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American ExpressPayPal, and Apple Pay. Checks in the mail and C.O.D. are not available options.

Can you find me that toy in that one scene?

We are very happy to try! When asking about a specific toy, please give us as much information as possible. The name of the scene, a short description of the toy, and/or an image will help us better help you with your request.

Can I get a refund if my country's customs takes my package?

Please check to ensure that your items are allowed in your country before ordering. We cannot be responsible for, nor issue refunds for, items seized or disallowed by customs inspectors for any reason. This includes communications or notifications between customs and customer. You are solely responsible for your package once it has been delivered to your country.

What are the customs declaration in international shipping?

Customs declarations are obligatory paperwork that accompanies international shipments, furnishing comprehensive details about the contents, value, and origin of the transported goods.

It’s important for clients to note that these documents might contain detailed information about their order, as per the requirements of the destination country.

What are customs fees?

International customers should expect additional fees due when your package arrives in your country. Most countries will require duties and taxes to be paid for imported items.

You will be responsible for any additional customs fees. These charges are not included in the shipping prices paid when placing an order on Kink Store.

If additional duties or taxes are required by your country, you will be contacted by your selected courier when your package has arrived at your country’s border. These fees must be paid in order to release your package to your destination.

Discount and Coupon FAQs

How do I use my coupon?

When you are checking out there will be a field that says "Gift card or discount code" underneath where your products are listed. You can click that field and enter your coupon code there. Click “Apply” and the coupon will apply to the eligible items and automatically discount your total.

Why isn't my coupon working?

If you attempt to use your coupon and you receive an error message, it could be for a number of reasons. Your coupon may not be working because:

- You are attempting to use more than one coupon. Only one coupon may be used at a time.

- Your item(s) are not eligible for discounts. Previously discounted items and certain products/vendors are ineligible for discounts.

- Your coupon has expired.

Can I use more than one coupon?

We all love big discounts! However, you may only use one coupon at a time. If you attempt to combine coupons you will receive an error message. 

I forgot to apply the discount code

At Kinkstore, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. We understand that occasionally customers may forget to apply discount codes during the checkout process.

Notification Timeframe: Customers have a window of 48 hours after placing their order to request retroactive application of forgotten discount codes.

Verification Process: Upon receiving notification, our customer service team will verify the validity of the discount code and confirm its eligibility for the specific order.

Redemption Options: Eligible customers may choose between receiving a partial refund equivalent to the discount amount or store credit for future purchases.

Code Application: If the discount code is valid and applicable to the order, Kink Store will apply the discount retroactively to the order subtotal.

Communication: Customers must contact our customer service team directly via email (help@kinkstore.com) to request the application of the forgotten discount code.
