Discreet Packaging
We take your privacy seriously and make sure all shipments are discreet. We pack your goods in plain brown cardboard boxes, manila envelopes or courier-branded boxes (USPS, UPS or FedEx). There is no Kink branding on the outside of the box, including on the shipping label.
Free Shipping
KINK-Branded products ship for free when your cart total is above $119!
Kink Store is dedicated to your satisfaction. To this end, we offer two distinct lines of products: Kink Exclusives and Curated Collections.
The Kink Exclusives collection showcases KINK-Branded pieces that we directly design, manufacture, test, ship and guarantee. These products are marked with the KINK emblem on their product card and their title tells you 'by Kink'.
When your cart total is above $119, all Kink Exclusive products in your order ship for free.
Curated Collections feature carefully selected items presented by our trusted partners. These design-aligned brands complement the Kink Exclusives line, offering expansive options to enhance your play experience. Curated Collections are shipped directly from our partners, and will arrive separately from any Kink Exclusives in your order.
Curated Collections are exempt from free shipping.
Prior to purchase, your checkout cart neatly organizes all the shipments that make up your order. This allows you to fully review your order details and select between various shipping options and prices for each shipment.
Address Corrections
Please be diligent about your delivery address! Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct. If the shipment carrier is unable to deliver to the address you provided and you request another delivery attempt, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance via Route is selected by default and requires an additional fee. To opt out of Route coverage, just untick the Route checkbox in your cart.
If you decline shipping insurance, Kink Store will not be responsible for covering the cost of lost or stolen packages, and we will be unable to further track or recover your package. If your package is lost or stolen and you haven't purchased shipping insurance, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier (UPS, USPS or FedEx) using your tracking number.
Order Fulfillment
All orders must be placed online. Orders are processed Monday through Friday and will ship from one or more of our warehouses throughout the United States. If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in different packages. Once your package is on the move with the courier, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
International Shipments
Please check to ensure that your items are allowed in your country before ordering. Kink Store is not responsible for, nor will we issue refunds for, items seized or disallowed by customs inspectors for any reason.
Once the item is delivered to your country, you are solely responsible for retrieving it. Customers are solely responsible for communications and notifications with customs. Kink Store is not responsible for, nor will we issue refunds for, items not picked up from customs because of missed messages or miscommunications between customs and the customer.
Customs Declarations
A customs declaration is obligatory paperwork that accompanies international shipments. It provides comprehensive details about the contents, value and origin of the transported goods. Kink Store provides discreet product information on these customs forms; however, we cannot send blank or inaccurate customs declarations.
Customs Fees
International customers should expect and will be solely responsible for any additional customs fees due when the package arrives in the destination country. These additional fees are not included in the original shipping price.
If additional duties or taxes are required by the destination country, the customer will be contacted by the selected courier when the package has arrived at the destination country’s border. These fees must be paid in order for the courier to release the package to the final destination.
