Cancellation Period: Customers can cancel their orders within a reasonable timeframe after placing the order, such as within 24 hours or before the order is processed for shipment.

Cancellation Fee: No cancellation fee is imposed if the order is canceled within the specified cancellation period. However, if the cancellation request is made after the order has been processed or shipped, a restocking fee of 25% of the total order value is applied.

Cancellation Process: To cancel an order, please contact us directly via email at help@kinkstore.com with your order details. Cancellations made through other channels may not be recognized.

Exceptions: Certain circumstances, such as documented emergencies or product unavailability, may warrant waiving the cancellation period or providing alternative solutions. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your situation.

Refunds are not offered on all products found on Kink Store.  For some purchases refunds may be offered but additional conditions exist.  Unused items that are accepted for refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Used products will generally be ineligible for refunds unless a defect is noted, in which case we will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis. If any product purchased by you is not covered under this refund policy, Kink reserves the right at its sole discretion to decide whether or not you are entitled to a refund for that particular product. Kink branded merchandise is ineligible for refunds.

We all love to shop online from the convenience of our homes and with all of the various product options here at the Kink Store, decisions can become overwhelming. To make your decisions a bit easier, we've provided hi-touch photos and detailed product descriptions, provided by the manufacturer.  Please note that product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Please do your research on your desired products before making a purchase. Due to the personal and intimate nature of the items we sell, refunds are not offered on all products found on Kink Store. We cannot accept opened toys, even if unused, for health reasons. 

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we want to ensure that no customer receives an opened product and for that reason we have set a strict return policy. The Kink Store reserves the right at its sole discretion to decide whether or not you are entitled to a refund for that particular product. Kink branded, or print on demand, merchandise is ineligible for refunds.


Exceptions

Items eligible for exchange include those that are defective, damaged during transit, or not as described on our website. Exchanges are also accepted for items with faulty components or workmanship issues.

We regret that we cannot accept exchanges for items returned due to unwanted reasons or a change of mind. Additionally, items that have been used, washed, or altered from their original condition are not eligible for exchange.

If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Our team will carefully review your exchange request and may request additional information or evidence, such as photos or videos of the item. We will assess whether the item meets our exchange criteria based on the information provided.

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement item(s) promptly.

Refunds are issued only for eligible returns where a replacement item is unavailable. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 3 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

While items returned due to unwanted reasons are not eligible for exchange, we are here to assist you. If you have concerns about an item, please contact us, and we will do our best to address your inquiries or provide guidance on other options available.

Lost & Stolen Packages

We know how frustrating this situation can be. When you place an order with us we automatically include the option of Route Shipping Insurance to protect you from lost or stolen packages.
Please visit https://claims.route.com/. They will request the email address you placed your order with, as well as your Kink Store order number. Please take advantage of this feature.
If you opt out of insurance for your shipment, The Kink Store is not responsible for covering the cost of lost or stolen packages and we are unable to track further or recover your package. If you did not opt in to Route insurance and have a lost or stolen package we recommend filing a claim with the carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.) using your tracking number.

Modification Period: Customers can request modifications to their orders within a reasonable timeframe after placing the order, within 24 hours or before the order is processed for shipment.

Types of Modifications: Changing the shipping address, adding or removing items, or updating payment information.

Approval Process: Modifications may be subject to approval by the customer support team to verify feasibility and assess any additional costs or impacts on order fulfillment.

All our orders are paid for online. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American ExpressPayPal, and Apple Pay. Checks in the mail and C.O.D. are not available options.

Icon for truckWhat is the order and fulfillment process?

All orders must be placed online. Orders are processed Monday through Friday until 11:00 AM PST. Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Friday or over the weekend will not be processed for fulfillment until Monday morning. 

Unless noted on the product page, we require 1-3 days to process an order and approximately 1-3 days to ship an order.

After your order is processed, it will ship from one or more of our warehouses throughout the U.S. If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in different packages due to warehousing locations.  

Once your package is on the move with your courier, we will email you a tracking number. Unfortunately, Kink Store does not have any control over the practices, schedules and methods of any courier service. If any issues arise with shipping, we are happy to assist you the best we can. However, once the package is shipped, you will likely need to communicate all shipping issues directly with the courier.  

We now offer shipping insurance with Route. When viewing your cart you have the opportunity to add shipping protection for damage, loss, and theft. Please visit www.route.com for more information.

We pack your goods in plain brown cardboard boxes, manila envelopes, or courier branded boxes i.e. USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

There is no Kink branding on the outside of the box or on the shipping label. We take your privacy seriously and make sure all shipments are discreet.

Icon for speech_bubblesWhy is someone contacting me for more money to deliver my order (international shipping)?

Our international customers should expect additional fees due when your package arrives in your country. Most countries will require duties and taxes to be paid for imported items. These charges are not included in the shipping prices paid when placing an order on Kink Store. If additional duties or taxes are required by your country, you will be contacted by your selected courier when your package has arrived at your country’s border. These fees must be paid in order to release your package to your destination. Orders successfully shipped to the border of your country, but refused further delivery by customer, are nonrefundable. Kink Store is also not responsible for any items seized at the border for any reason.

At Kinkstore, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. We understand that occasionally customers may forget to apply discount codes during the checkout process.

Notification Timeframe: Customers have a window of 48 hours after placing their order to request retroactive application of forgotten discount codes.

Verification Process: Upon receiving notification, our customer service team will verify the validity of the discount code and confirm its eligibility for the specific order.

Redemption Options: Eligible customers may choose between receiving a partial refund equivalent to the discount amount or store credit for future purchases.

Code Application: If the discount code is valid and applicable to the order, Kink Store will apply the discount retroactively to the order subtotal.

Communication: Customers must contact our customer service team directly via email (help@kinkstore.com) to request the application of the forgotten discount code.
