How do I contact you?

Please mail us at store@kink.com with your product or order concerns and our customer service members will reach out to you.


How can I pay for my order?

All our orders are paid for online, with a Visa, Mastercard American Express or via a PayPal account. Checks in the mail and C.O.D. are not available options.


When do you accept orders?

Kink Store packages and ships orders Monday through Friday until 2:00 PST. Orders placed after 2:00 on Friday, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday, are processed for fulfillment on Monday morning.


What is the order and fulfillment process?

Once you have placed your order online, We require 1-2 days to get the order packaged and into the hands of the best courier (UPS, USPS, ) for your order.  Your order may ship from one of several locations throughout the U.S. depending upon the stock location and inventory levels of your products.


Once your package is on the move with your courier, we will be able to email you a tracking number. When your tracking number is shared, that is when the estimated delivery window begins. At that time, the process is completed between yourself and your courier service.


How does shipping work?

Kink Store acts as a middleman in a sense, brokering the paid service between yourself and a courier service: (UPS or USPS). Kink Store does not have any control over the practices, schedules and methods of any courier service. The prices presented on our site for you to determine the best courier for you does not mean Kink Store is involved in this contract.


Once you have your tracking number in hand, you are able to communicate with the courier, as we cannot act on your behalf. Kink Store will always assist as best as we can, but please note that the shipping agreement is between the recipient (you) and the courier service.


How are packages boxed and addressed?

We pack your goods in plain brown cardboard boxes, manila envelopes or in courier branded boxes: US Post, UPS or FedEx. There is no Kink branding on the outside of the box, and the shipping label shows it is coming from CE, LLC.


Why is someone contacting me for more money to deliver my order (international shipping)?

Our international customers should expect additional fees due when your package hits the border of your country. For postal service packages, there will most certainly be duties and taxes due. For UPS & FedEx packages, there may be the need for a local courier service to deliver to your doorstep, and with that the completion of shipping fees is paid by yourself at that time.


Here is our general statement for international orders:  “All duties and taxes incurred on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer and not Kink Store. These charges are not included in any of the shipping charges paid to process the order. Kink Store is not responsible for the methods and practices of your selected courier, nor does Kink Store command action from the selected carrier. We have simply acted as a middleman between yourself and the selected courier service. You will be contacted by your selected courier when your package has arrived at your country’s border for collection of any required duties/taxes and release to your destination. Please utilize your tracking number, once provided via email from Kink Store, to manage the delivery of your package. Please note that orders utilizing US Postal Service do not offer the option to add delivery notes to the postal person delivering your package. If delivery instructions are required, please use the tracking number provided as reference when contacting the postal service to share your delivery instructions. Orders successfully shipped to the border of your country, but refused further delivery by customer, are nonrefundable.”



How does the charge appear on my bank statement?

Charges to your credit card from Kink Store appears on your statement as “CE LLC”



REFUNDS –

Refunds may not be offered on all products found on the Site.  For some purchases refunds may be offered but additional conditions may exist.  Unused items that are accepted for refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Used products will generally be ineligible for refunds unless a defect is noted, in which case we will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis. If any product purchased by you is not covered under this refund policy, Kink reserves the right at its sole discretion to decide whether or not you are entitled to a refund for that particular product.



Custom Products Refunds

Users will be able to order custom products (“Custom Product”) that are made uniquely for the user purchasing such Product.  Due to the unique nature of the Custom Product all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges can be offered on any Custom Products ordered on the Site.


Can you find me that toy in that one scene?

We are very happy to try! When asking about a specific toy, please give us something to work with: name of scene and a short description of the toy.


Proposition 65 Information

California’s Proposition 65 entitles California consumers to special warnings for certain products that contain chemicals above certain threshold levels.


The general Proposition 65 notice is as follows: WARNING: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.


DEHP WARNING: Some consumer products can contain Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP), a chemical known to the State of California to be carcinogenic, and/or cause Birth Defects and Reproductive Toxicity by exposure through Touch, Oral, Dermal absorption.
